Term Workshop Program
Welcome to Southern Edge Arts - where movement, performance, and imagination take centre stage! Our term programs provide a safe, supportive space for young people (and adults, because it's never too late to join the circus!) to build physical skills, express themselves, and foster social and emotional wellbeing through the arts. From soaring on silks in Aerials and mastering flips in Street Acro, to discovering circus arts or stepping into the spotlight in Theatre, every workshop builds confidence, resilience, and lasting connections. Aerials 1
Aerials entry level workshops. Learn basic techniques and simple routines using trapeze and silk apparatus.
Aerials 2, 3, & 4
By invite, skill based level workshops using
lyra, rope, trapeze & silks.
Aerials Troupe
Advanced level aerials focusing on
skill & performance outcomes, multi apparatus.

Workshops for Adults
Adult Aerials Beginner
Entry level workshop for developing strength and learning basic skills for silks and trapeze.
Adult Aerials Intermediate
For adults with minimum one term aerials experience. Drop in sessions welcome (pay $17 per class)
Open Training
For Adult Troupe members or experienced performing artists, an opportunity for
self-led training with a SEA Teaching Artist onsite. Any artform welcome.
